This workshop for teens (14-17) is all about recognizing and regulating emotions while gaining control of your reactions. You'll learn how to manage intense emotions, stay calm under pressure, and respond purposefully. Through strategies like recognizing emotional triggers, self-awareness techniques, and learning how to shift your mindset, you’ll gain the tools to stay balanced and in control, no matter what life throws at you.
