Flow Beats Fusion

🎶 Sacred Rhythm, Embodied Freedom 🎶

We'll begin with a breath-guided, rhythmic vinyasa flow using drumsticks as extensions of your movement, grounding your body, and syncing breath with beat. (Drumsticks provided! 🥁) Then we'll move into ecstatic dance as meditative movement. A space to let go, tune in, and move however your body desires.

This class isn't about "getting it right" it's about feeling, expressing and being in your body. To move without judgment. All levels welcome! Come as you are.❤️
