This interactive workshop helps 11-13 year olds develop essential emotional regulation skills, teaching them how to recognize, understand, and manage their emotions in healthy ways. Through engaging activities and group discussions, participants will learn coping strategies, mindfulness techniques, and how to navigate challenging emotions with confidence.
A responsible adult must be reachable and available. Comfortable seating indoors and within the courtyard. Vending machines accessible.
