SUP Yoga (intermediate to advanced yogis) in Limassol

This is a class designed for intermediate to advanced yoga practitioners who want to try this special style of yoga and perhaps push themselves beyond what they think is possible! This class is also perfect for any yogis feeling bored or uninspired in their yoga practice. You will learn the SUP basics and how to bring your practice onto a moving, floating mat.

Join us for this challenging class to gain even more confidence and learn a fun, new style of yoga!

What is included :
* Stand-up paddle board & its equipment
* Advanced yoga asana instruction on a SUP

What is NOT included:
* Transport to and from activity
* Waterproof phone case and/or bag (for rent at 5 EUR each, 2 waterproof phone cases and 1 waterproof bag/fanny pack available)

What to bring:
* Enough water to stay hydrated (at least 1L)
* Protective clothing
* Sunscreen/cream
* Bathing suit
* Towel

Requirements: students must be able to swim and cannot exceed 115 kg (SUP board requirements).
