This serene class starts with a 10-15 min welcome & warmup and then we move onto the water for a 75 min SUP yoga session with Caroline. As the sun continues to rise in the sky, we will relax on our SUP boards or go for a relaxing paddle as we enjoy the new day beginning together.
What is included :
* Stand-up paddle board & its equipment
* 75 minute SUP yoga instruction
* SUP basics instruction
* Time for freeplay or relaxation on your SUP after the class
* Photos & videos taken with instructor's iPhone
What is NOT included:
* Transport to and from activity
* Waterproof phone case and/or bag (for rent at 5 EUR each, 2 waterproof phone cases and 1 waterproof bag/fanny pack available)
What to bring:
* Enough water to stay hydrated (at least 1L)
* Protective clothing
* Sunscreen/cream
* Bathing suit
* Towel
Requirements: students must be able to swim and cannot exceed 115 kg (this has to do with the SUP board requirements).
