Sunset Yoga Nidra & Crystal Bowl Meditation

Bring your yoga practice to the farm with a peaceful morning or evening yoga session or join us for a crystal bowl meditation on the farm! Immerse yourself in nature as you practice mindful movement and breathwork surrounded by the soothing sounds of goats and other farm animals nearby. This class is designed to help you unwind and reconnect, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and nature’s charm. While the animals won’t join you on the mat, their nearby presence adds a calming backdrop to your practice. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

These classes are held outside on the farm at various locations nearby the horses, llama, goats, ducks, sheep or inside the barn on hardwood floors if inclement weather. Some classes may include a short walk to the class location. Must arrive at least 10-mins early to park and check-in. Class is 45-minutes (15-mins for setup this evening's class)
