Family Yoga & Sound Healing at Cider Hill Farm

🌷 Join us for a blissful outdoor Yoga and Sound Healing experience at the picturesque Cider Hill Farm this summer! All ages and families are welcome!🌷

Gather your loved ones for a rejuvenating session that combines the tranquility of yoga with the healing power of sound, as you surround yourself with the beauty of a farm in the summer.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through gentle yoga poses suitable for all ages and skill levels, fostering connection and harmony within your circle of friends/family. As you flow through each posture, breathe in the fresh country air and soak in the natural landscape. The serene atmosphere of the farm provides the perfect backdrop for inner reflection and relaxation.

After the class, take enjoy a stroll at Cider Hill Farm and indulge in some delicious treats from the farm store.

What Tickets Include:
Your ticket grants access to the yoga and sound healing class only, in the fitness field near the parking lo (or under the tent if inclement weather). You are welcome to come late to class, or depart earlier, if you need. Please bring your own yoga mat or towels for easy cleaning.
