Step into a movement experience that honors your body, uplifts your spirit, and leaves you feeling alive from the inside out. In this 90-minute session, you’ll enjoy a full 60-minute Nia class—a blend of movement, music, and mindfulness—followed by time to rest, connect, and integrate.
What to Expect in a Nia Class:
A Fusion of Movement Arts: Nia blends the grounded power of martial arts, including the flowing energy of Tai Chi, the explosive strength of Tae Kwon Do, and the circular grace of Aikido—with expressive dance and healing movement practices.
Breath-Led Movement: Breath is woven throughout the class to create rhythm, presence, and emotional release.
Structure + Freedom: You'll follow a clear class arc—starting with a warm-up, building into dynamic cardio, then moving into free expression, grounded floorplay, and restful integration.
Sensation-Based Cueing: You’ll be invited to move from your body’s wisdom—adapting every move to your level of comfort, mobility, and desire.
Mind-Body-Spirit Activation: More than exercise, Nia is a holistic practice that cultivates presence, joy, and personal expression.
✨ Before class, you’ll have a few minutes to land and settle in. After the 60-minute guided practice, we’ll offer space for integration—whether that’s journaling, stretching, conversation, or quiet reflection.
This is an all-levels class. No dance or martial arts experience required. Just bring water, wear comfy clothes, and arrive as you are.
