About the Teacher Diane Donovan:
Founder and Director of BodyWorks Holistic Wellness Centre, Diane, is a pioneer of holistic wellness and mindful living in the Cayman Islands. With over three decades of teaching experience, she has trained and mentored hundreds of students and yoga teachers, always emphasizing authenticity, compassion, and self-awareness.
Diane is a longtime student of Tibetan Buddhist master Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, with whom she studied meditation and the path of compassion in Nepal. Her approach integrates ancient wisdom with modern understanding, creating teachings that are both accessible and deeply transformative.
As the visionary behind BodyWorks, Diane has played a key role in shaping the island’s wellness community, bringing together diverse healing arts and fostering a space where people can reconnect with their bodies, minds, and hearts.
