This beachside gathering is the perfect spot to witness the magic of the sun rising over Grand Cayman, as we guide you through a morning of mindfulness, movement, music, and connection that will leave you feeling energised and centered—ready to take on the day.

We’ll start with a calming guided BREATHWORK meditation, grounding you as you clear your mind and prepare your body for the journey ahead. Next, we’ll gently awaken the body with simple guided MOVEMENT, before flowing into a SILENT DISCO dance experience. Feel the rhythm of the curated playlist through personal headphones as the sun rises—whether you choose to stretch, dance, or simply move, it’s your time to connect with yourself, nature, and the energy of the morning.
After the movement, we’ll take time for personal REFLECTION with empowering affirmations and journaling prompts to deepen your experience. Then, we’ll gather together with a soothing cup of herbal TEA to reflect on the beautiful energy of the morning and CONNECT with others.
