The Menu
First Course:
Samosa Cannoli, drizzled with chaat yogurt, mint-cilantro and tamarind chutneys.
Second course:
Paneer Mango Salad, laced with a chili lime dressing and with a masala focaccia
Third course:
Lamb Galouti. Velvety lamb kebab, spiced and smoked with a saffron apricot chutney. (Vegetarian option available upon request. Mushroom Galouti: Velvety mushroom kebab, spiced and smoked with a saffron apricot chutney.)
Fourth course:
Chicken Mughlai, tender braised chicken cooked in a rich nutty and aromatic sauce. (Vegetarian option available upon request. Betroot Malai Kofta: Beetroot and paneer dumplings served in a buttery cashew tomato curry.)
Fifth Course:
Ras Malai Tres Leches. Cardamom tres leches cake topped with saffron cream, ras malai, pistachios and dried rose petals.
