Join Sharon, writer and journal enthusiast at the Black Dove Studio, for a back to basics, get out of your head, Journal 101 workshop.
This group class is NOT about sharing your story, but how to write it out, past, present or future.

Please leave your inhibitions, and limiting beliefs at the door!

Journaling is such a useful tool we can all use, but it's important to make it work for each of us, in our own individual way, so the process becomes a natural practice.

Let the process of writing, help you process your life.
