About the event

Pilates

Pilates classes led by a qualified instructor who also specialises in rehabilitation and peri and post natal fitness. Classes are for all levels as options are provided - work within your own limits. Although Rebecca is serious about fitness, you can enjoy the workout in a less formal atmosphere - so bring your fitness A game but also some chat.

Please bring water, a thick mat and wear stretchy clothing. See you there!
