Whether you're a beginner learning to kick up for the first time or looking to refine your balance and control, this 1-hour handstands class will turn your world upside down—in the best way.
Led by an experienced instructor, we’ll break down handstand foundations with drills, strength-building techniques, and supportive spotting. No experience necessary—just a sense of adventure (and maybe a love for cheese).
