The Wednesday Men's Workout is a free workout for Men that happens every week from 6-7am. This gathering is free of any religion or ideology; it is a space for men to workout out together with the support of other men leading to increased fitness and community.

Where: Albert "Ray" Massey Park (Westside Park) on the Basketball Court

What to bring: Weight (dumbbell or kettlebell) of 10-35 lbs, Towel or Mat

When: Every Wednesday, 6-7 am (Rain or shine)

Cost: Free to all Men
