Choosing grace : A women's circle for self compassion and release

Choosing Grace is a sacred space to soften. To pause. To breathe. And to gently lay down the weight of the expectations, judgments, and inner narratives we’ve carried for far too long.

In this guided circle, we’ll gather as women to share, reflect, and hold space for one another without pressure or performance. Through light breathwork, meditation, journaling, and open-hearted conversation, you’ll be invited to recognize the stories that no longer serve you—and begin to release them with compassion.
