Chicken BBQ Benefit for Shawn Kimball

For the last 5 years, Shawn has been struggling with a significant medical decline. Shawn is fighting a life-threatening battle with Bronchiectasis ( a condition where the tissue damage causes the tubes in your lungs(airways) to widen and develop pouches. Shawn is down to 30% lung function and is on oxygen 24/7. Shawn’s only chance of survival is a double lung transplant and it will be preformed at the Cleveland Clinic when a set of viable lungs become available. The cost of the transplant and recovery will exceed $25,000. We are holding this benefit for Shawn and his family to help them offset the cost of the double lung transplant and any other costs they may occur during his recovery time.
