Allegany Community Symphony Orchestra Spring Concert 2025

The Allegany Community Symphony Orchestra will host it's spring concert on Saturday May 24th at 7:00 p.m. at Frostburg State University.
The concert will feature selections from legendary composers Jean Sibelius, Igor Stravinsky and more.
Adding a playful twist to the evening, we’re thrilled to present our "Can-Can Festival"—a spirited collaboration with select students from Washington Middle School.
We are especially honored to accompany featured soloist Anna Hilderbrand in a performance of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Konzert für Violine und Orchester in D major, Op. 61—a cornerstone of the violin repertoire, known for its elegance, emotional depth, and virtuosic brilliance.
As always the concert is free and open to the public with a reception afterwards to join us for light refreshments and a chance to mingle with the performers and community. Donations are gratefully accepted but not required.
