Move With Ease - Feldenkrais Class

In each week of these in-person classes you'll be led through a carefully constructed sequence of movements, enabling you to observe your habitual patterns of tension and explore how to let go of them, to move with greater ease in everyday life. The theme for this block is Mobilising Your Spine. We will explore lessons that give you a clearer sensory picture of your spine and how it can become more moveable - encouraging a feeling of uprightness and fluidity - as well as easing back and neck pain.

All abilities are welcome, however you must be able to get down to the floor and up again - and be prepared to spend a period of time lying down.

Please bring a mat and/or blanket and a small towel or flat cushion. Wear warm, comfortable clothes.
