A week in Tokyo presents : Ikebana workshop ‘’Misho Ryu Style’’ with Junko

Join us for a special hands-on Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) workshop led by Junko, A practitioner of the elegant Misho Ryu school of Ikebana.
This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the beauty and philosophy of Japanese floral art.
Misho Ryu style was established in 1807 in the late Edo period when Ikebana became more popular and accessible.
The Misho Ryu school of Ikebana focuses on the traditional principals for students enhancing their connection to the beauty within and around us.
Developed from the roots of strict rules in the traditional principals of Ikebana, Misho Ryu style allows for personal reflection in the triangle points and angles of the display.
