Meet Akiko - A certified Japanese fermentation instructor who loves making traditional seasoning like Miso, Sake and Soy sauce all from scratch, as well as soft naturally leavened bread. She will be leading the workshop and sharing her passion for simple, hands-on homemade goodness.
