Tai Chi & Tea Workshop

Join us on June 28th at 11:30 for Tammy’s Tai Chi and Tea ☕️

This event will begin with a traditional tea ceremony where Tammy Kearce, a certified Qigong instructor and tea aficionado, will brew and serve her Black Dragon KSI Tea Blend. During the tea tasting, there will be a presentation and Q&A session about the medicinal value of teas and their effect on the body's "Chi" or energy flow. After the tea ceremony, Tammy will lead the group in a short Tai Chi-Qigong flow designed to harmonize the body's energy flow and balance emotions.
