Prenatal Pelvic Floor Prep Class

As your body changes throughout pregnancy, so does your pelvic floor. Understanding these changes can help you to be prepared for the entirety of your pregnancy and plan for healing and recovery postpartum. Additionally, we will discuss common issues and concerns that women experience during pregnancy such as constipation, leakage, back pain, Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction (SPD), Diastisis Rectus Abdominis (DRA), and sciatica + SI joint pain and how you can minimize and heal these issues.
