Postpartum Pelvic Floor Recovery Class

After the arrival of your baby, you may only have 1-3 postpartum visits depending on your provider. Unfortunately, this is not nearly enough time to educate you on c-section and vaginal delivery recovery of your pelvic floor. This part of your body is very nuanced and impacts so many aspects of your daily life and functioning. This class covers all the changes that happen postpartum, what to expect, and how to start healing now that you have received the “all clear”.
