Caring for your Pregnancy Class

This class is designed for couples to attend to learn all about what to expect throughout pregnancy. There is so much information out there that it is hard to know what is the most important. We have done the research for you and will provide you with the best evidence based information! We will discuss changes to the breasts and body, nausea and nutrition, pelvic floor changes, and so much more. This class helps provide you and your partner with a roadmap of what to expect and how to support each other.
