Forest Therapy @ John Lee Pratt Park

Join us for a 2 hour forest therapy guided walk, tea and sound healing ceremony. Commune and relax into nature. Pace will be slow with time to stop and interact with the natural world. This event is free but donations are appreciated. RSVP and sign up required. In the case of bad weather we will cancel, reschedule and/or refund participants who can’t make the new date.
