We’re thrilled to welcome Jen Congdon, author of the beautifully illustrated picture book Good Day for a Hike, for two special events this August!
This engaging story introduces little explorers to the sights, sounds, and surprises of the natural world—perfect for ages 3–8. With a fun hands-on activity, a special story time, and the chance to meet the author, it’s a perfect summer morning outing for young adventurers and their grown-ups!
Kids will decorate their own adventure bag using our custom coloring sheet and sticker set—ready to bring along on future hikes!

$5 to attend and $5 will be added to your store credit to be used toward the purchase of the book.
