Join our very own third-generation winemaker Melissa Aellen and the Simple Theory team every Wednesday in July (6-7PM) for a crash course in all things wine. Melissa has been immersed in winemaking since she was a kid, learning the craft at her family’s side, and she’s always excited to share that knowledge with others.
We’ll cover the fundamentals – sensory analysis, wine styles (red, white, and sparkling), and the art of food pairing – all in a fun, interactive setting. No prior wine knowledge required, just curiosity and a thirst for learning!
