Tayler Brianne: Make Yourself at Home

Local poet alert! Saturday, May 24, we are excited to welcome local poet Tayler Brianne for a meet & greet at our store as she promotes her latest book, Make Yourself at Home. Tayler will be at Curious Iguana from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm to meet readers and sign books. Copies of Make Yourself At Home will be available for purchase at this event.

About the book: Make Yourself at Home is a deeply intimate collection of poetry that traces one woman's journey through healing, self-discovery, and the art of belonging to oneself. These poems explore the fractured selves we carry, the echoes of our past, and the quiet triumph of learning to coexist with every version of who we have been. This is a book for anyone who has ever felt like a stranger in their own skin and has longed for the comfort of coming home.

About the author: Tayler Brianne is local to Frederick and writes poetry, short stories and screenplays. Make Yourself at Home is her second self-published poetry collection. Her first collection You Were Never Nice was released in 2023.
