Holding the Resonance of Peace in a Time of Dissonance

Join the UU Congregation of Frederick, MD and Reverend Lauren G. Koch to explore how we can nurture peace within ourselves and our communities in times of dissonance — drawing wisdom from Thich Nhat Hanh, Gandhi, leaders of the civil rights movement of the 1950-60s, along with heart centered practices we can use everyday for regulating our bodies and reconnecting with nature.
Together, we’ll reflect, breathe, and remember that Peace is something we can create in each new moment.
