Join us in honoring the final full moon of summer—the Sturgeon Moon, a time that symbolizes abundance, fulfillment, and the art of receiving. As the season of bloom winds down, we enter a sacred pause—nature's invitation to slow down, reflect, and welcome the gifts we've cultivated. There is nothing to strive for now. Your only job is to receive.
This 90-minute ritual is designed to help you soften into surrender and align with the potent energy of this lunar moment. We’ll begin by creating your own smudge stick using fresh, fragrant herbs—each bundle a personal ritual, infused with your intentions and desires.

Next, gentle movement will guide you back into your body, followed by breathwork that draws your awareness to the exhale—the spacious, still place where possibility begins. We’ll complete our journey with a deeply nourishing 30-minute sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. Let the healing vibrations wash over you, calming the mind, melting tension, and opening your heart to receive. As you rest in stillness, allow the music to act as a magnetic force—drawing in the things you need, desire, and are ready to welcome. Sink into stillness, abundance, and the magic of this full moon.
