Vital Roots Tai Chi

Group/private/Semi private classes available every Sunday from 11am- 5pm with time slots for specific classes.

11am-12pm: Basic/ Postural Restoration
12:30pm-1:30pm: Kids Tai Chi
2pm-3pm: Family Tai Chi
4pm-5pm: Self Defense/ Couples Tai Chi

Teaches the core elements of:
Tai Chi- Posture, Balance, Deep breathing, Fluid gait and movement, Awareness, Relaxation.
Kung Fu- Strength, Self Defense, Flexibility, Partner Exercises.
