Manifestation Meditation - I AM MEDITATION !!FREE!!

Meditation to Center and connect to our selves with a spin! This time we will be learning how to manifest according to our unique individual and natural spirit. We will be going over how to let spirit lead the way with faith and trust after our meditation.

A beautiful Sound bath is included in our session the entire time.

Please bring a yoga mat, chair or blanket to sit on if you prefer.

Water will be offered.
