Meditation to Center and connect to our selves. Bettering our perception and breaking down our limitations and finally choosing to let go. Developing a connection to who we are and then ultimately choosing the path we should naturally pave.

A beautiful Sound bath is included in our session the entire time.

Please bring a yoga mat, chair or blanket to sit on if you prefer.

Water will be offered.
