Life gets heavy sometimes. Whether it’s stress, self-doubt, old patterns, or just emotional clutter — we all carry things that aren’t meant to stay with us forever.
This Full Moon, we’re gathering for a simple, meaningful release ritual — to clear what’s no longer serving us and create room for more clarity, peace, and purpose.
✨ What the night will look like:
- Chill grounding moment (think breathwork, not yoga)
- Reflective journaling to get honest with yourself
- A symbolic “letting go” practice (fire-friendly or not, no pressure)
- Set intentions that actually feel aligned
- End with a calm, centering meditation under the moonlight
Bring a journal, something cozy to sit on, and anything personal you want to let go of or recharge (like a crystal, necklace, or just your thoughts).
This isn’t about being perfect or ultra-spiritual. It’s about getting real, connecting with yourself, and releasing what’s holding you back — in a supportive space with good energy and like-minded people.
