Cacao Ceremony: Immerse yourself in the rich, ceremonial cacao, often referred to as the “food of the gods.” This special cacao is packed with antioxidants, magnesium, and flavonoids, promoting cardiovascular health and boosting mood. Known for its ability to enhance focus and emotional well-being, cacao stimulates the release of endorphins and serotonin, creating a sense of joy and connection. As we sip this delicious drink, we will set our intentions, and you’ll feel its gentle energy awaken your senses and encourage a meditative state.
Sound Bath: Following the cacao ceremony, lie back and let the soothing sounds from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you. This immersive experience facilitates deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps to realign your energy. The sound vibrations can promote a meditative state, encouraging emotional release and a sense of inner peace.
This unique combination nurtures both body and soul, allowing you to explore your inner landscape and deepen your connection to yourself and others.
Cacao will be prepared with 100% ceremonial cacao from ORA Cacao, almond milk, and cinnamon. Cayenne pepper and honey can be added to individual cup later.
IMPORTANT – If you have any health conditions or are on any SSRIs, high blood pressure or heart medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine or have any allergies, please let us know when booking.
If you take SSRIs or anti-depressants, the cacao can cause headaches. Cacao contains theobromine, which stimulates the nervous system the same way caffeine can.
