Join us for Rise Life Services’ annual Par for a Purpose Golf Outing on Monday, September 8, 2025, at the beautiful Indian Hills Country Club in Northport, NY!

This isn’t just a golf outing—it’s a powerful way to support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Proceeds will fund vital safety upgrades in our group homes, including the installation of fire doors to help protect the lives of our residents and staff.
