Ashtanga 1/2 Primary Series (Beginners Welcome)

$15 drop in
1/2 Primary Series with modifications as necessary. Dynamic, structured sequences of postures (asanas) synchronized with breath (Ujjayi pranayama), also involving a focus on internal locks (bandhas) and gazing points (drishti). Build strength, flexibility, & mental focus through a progressive series of postures as taught by Pattabhi Jois.
