Yin the Park: Yoga with The Connection Co+Op

Join us for a FREE serene yin yoga experience outdoors in the heart of Fort Collins with The Connection Co+Op's Yin the Park monthly yoga series.

We cultivate community the first Sunday of every month from May/June/July/September. Our August event will be held August 24th due to the Labor Day Holiday.

**We meet at the cross street of Jackson + Magnolia
Cost: FREE
No prior yoga experience is necessary + all levels/ages are welcome

Unwind + connect with your inner self as we practice yin yoga amidst the tranquil beauty of City Park in Fort Collins. Led by the Founder + Facilitator of The Connection Co+Op - Shannon Piker, E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor + YACEP trainer. Shannon has over a decade of teaching experience + cannot wait to share this restorative practice with the community. This yoga series is designed to help you find peace, relaxation, connection, balance + harmony while in nature.

Join us for an evening of blissful yoga under the open sky. Spread the word + invite your friends + family to experience the magic of Yin the Park!
