This group meets every Sunday from 10:30-11:30am @ FoCo Cafe! Each week we discuss a different aspect of what liberation looks and feels like in everyday practices.
Liberation is Local is a free and inclusive space for those who wants to build community while learning about liberation with others. (Tickets are not necessary, though your support and participation is hugely appreciated!)
There is nothing you need to do to prepare - come as you are with an open mind and heart. If you are more comfortable just listening, that's fine, too!
What to Expect During the Hour:
* Arrive a few minutes early to get situated
* Short introductions with those in attendance
* The week's topic and reflective question is shared
* 5-minute free write Sharing connections and thoughts
What to Bring:
* Your favorite morning drink to sip on (the Cafe is closed)
* A pen to take notes

* Come back to FoCo Cafe for lunch sometime soon to participate in their mission of Feeding Our Community Ourselves (fococafe.org)
