What to Expect:

Embodied Practices: Accessible guided activities to strengthen your joyful connection with nature and support eco-distress and climate grief.

Supportive Dialogue: Facilitated group discussions and space to share with others who also care deeply about the natural world.

Guided Reflections: Crafted writing prompts to explore your relationship with nature, your eco-emotions, and your role in a climate-impacted world.

Take Home Tools: Handouts, inspiration, and recommendations to deepen your understanding and sustain your growth after the workshop.
