Welcome to Day of Sour at Purpose Brewing! In the past two years we've offered a lot of what Colorado has to offer for Barrel-Aged and Mixed Fermentation Sours. This year we're changing it up by adding our own creations to the mix.

We're offering a free 6oz Sour Beer Pour from our menu, excluding guest taps, if you RSVP!

Our Creations:
1. Sweet Belgian Cherry Red Sour Golden and Dark Base Blend - A back-sweetened Lambic Style Beer. Get ready for tons of Balaton, Montmorency, Bing, and Rainer Cherries blended together to make a sweet sour reminiscient of Lindemans.
2. Sweet Belgian Raspberry Red Sour Golden and Dark Base Blend - A back-sweetened Lambic Style Beer with pure Heirloom Raspberries.
3. Apricot and Nectarine Golden Sour - heaps of this pureed fruit added in fresh
4. Blackberry Crumble Golden Sour- Blackberry, Tonka, Vanilla, Granola
5. Longan Merken Almond Honey Golden Sour - Merken Peppers sourced from Patagonia with Roasted Almond, Local Honey, and fresh Longan.
6. Rose Apple and Seaweed Golden Sour - Hidden Rose Apple and Seaweed to balance the effervescent sweetness
7. Dark sour with Candied Bananas, Amburana, and Candy Cap mushrooms
8. Golden Sour with Dandelion, Sweet Violet, Rose Hip, Rose Petal
