Harvest Lakes Jungle Body - Get Low with Caz Dance Classes

A beat driven low impact workout designed to ignite your mind, move your body and improve your wellbeing.

This 45min full body workout uses boxing, dance, dumbbells, light cardio and seriously good music to transform your mind and body.

Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and body types. Everything is choreographed to the beat with 3-4 easy-to-follow moves per routine.

What to bring: Water bottle and a smile.
Optional: Dumbbells and a sweat towel.
