Gentle Stretch with Puppies!!!

Do you love puppies & YOGA? This could be your favorite class ever! Two special dates, Monday June 30th 6:30 pm and Monday July 7th 6:30 pm at Gather to Heal.

Unwind, stretch, and smile in this heart-melting yoga experience! Join us for a gentle stretch class designed to relax your body and uplift your spirit—all while being surrounded by 8 adorable German Shepherd puppies! 🐶💕

This class is perfect for all levels and focuses on slow, mindful movements, deep breathing, and calming postures. As you flow through each stretch, playful pups will roam freely, offering cuddles, kisses, and curious companionship.

Whether you’re a dog lover, a yogi in need of some joy, or simply looking for a feel-good activity, this unique class combines the healing power of yoga with the pure happiness of puppy love.

Our regular members can sign up with their unlimited membership or 1 mat based credit. Anyone else can attend for just $20. Not eligible for first class free.
