RuedX Cincinnati 2025: A Weekend of Rueda, Connection, and Community
With so many talented groups nearby bringing fresh, fun, and challenging ideas to the way they dance rueda de casino, we realized just how much we can learn from one another. Until now, there haven’t been many chances to connect across communities, exchange ideas, and grow together as casineros. That’s where RuedX comes in.
RuedX is a weekend-long celebration for those who are passionate about rueda—a chance to dance, laugh, share, showcase what's unique about our cities, and most importantly, learn together.
Here’s what the weekend looks like:
Thursday at 7 PM – We kick things off with Cincinnati’s premier summer salsa event: Salsa on the Square.
Friday – Start your day with a community brunch hosted by LPFC, featuring DJ Tony Pabon spinning your favorite Cuban tracks to kick things off. Then enjoy the sights of the Queen City with our Streetcar Rueda. Afterward, cool off at our pool party and cookout, where DJ Maria Van Hoff will keep the vibes high with poolside beats, dancing, and summer fun.
Saturday – Workshops begin at 9:30 AM and lead up to a one-of-a-kind event: our first-ever Mega Mixta Rueda! In the evening, dress to impress in red, black, and white for our elegant Casino Night Party.
Sunday – More exciting workshops await, and we close the weekend in style with LPFC’s 4th Annual White Party.
