Join me for a Breathwork class to feel calm, relaxed, and help you to sleep better.
Are you ready to release any stress, overwhelm or mental blocks that you may feel during the week? Are you wanting to enjoy more restful sleep at night?
Then join me for this in person Breathwork Class to learn conscious breath practices to help reduce stress and anxiety, and experience a breathwork and meditation journey to feel calm, relaxed, and clear your mind so you can sleep better.
On Sunday, July 13th at 5 pm at Mind Garden in Historic Folsom, CA, join me for a guided breathwork and meditation experience that will release the mental blocks, tension and stress and create expansion and connection within your mind and body.
During this class, you will be guided through various pranayama breathing practices and meditation specifically designed to move emotions and stuck energy and enhance your intuition and vision, while also creating a sense of grounding, presence, and nervous system regulation as we come together in a supportive and nurturing environment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
This class is for beginner and experienced breathers alike.
** Please arrive on time, class will start promptly at 5 pm. Doors open at 4:45 to set up, settle in, and pull oracle cards. **
WHAT IS BREATHWORK:
Breathwork is a physical, energetic and spiritual practice of using conscious breath practices that connects us to a presence and peace within ourselves, to the world around us, and the divine within us. Through our breath we can heal ourselves physically, spiritually, and emotionally. It's a tool of expansion, evolution and exploration.
BENEFITS OF BREATHWORK:
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Breathwork is generally safe when practiced with care. However, there are a few cases when it would not be advised to do breathwork; namely for anyone with a known cardiac arrhythmia (including very slow heart rate), a history of heart block, or people taking certain antipsychotic medications. Additionally, some types of breathwork can induce hyperventilation, which can bring on dizziness, chest pain, and pounding heartbeat.
Breathwork not recommended if you have any of the following: breathing issues, cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, history of aneurysms, osteoporosis, recent physical injuries or surgeries, severe psychiatric symptoms, or severe vision issues.
Check with your doctor before you start a breathwork practice if you have a history of any of the following or are currently taking antipsychotic medications.
