You're not broken — you're overstimulated.In a world of constant noise, screens, touch, and urgency, our nervous systems are overloaded and our inner world forgotten.
This 90-minute workshop is a sanctuary of pause — blending breathwork, restorative yoga, and the ancient practice of Pratyahara, or sense withdrawal.
With the support of eye masks and noise-cancelling headphones (provided for you!), you'll be guided gently inward — away from the chaos and back to the quiet of your own being.
