Hatha Yoga class “Whole Body Complex” on the lawn, Flowery Branch, Buford

I invite everyone to a balanced Hatha yoga practice “Whole Body Complex”.
During the practice we will focus on a complex of asanas, thanks to which the body opens, becomes more plastic, clamps go away, the volume of oxygen consumed by all organs increases.

The complex includes breathing pranayamas, joint warm-up, stretching of all muscle groups, obligatory asanas for spinal traction and simple but very useful strength and balance asanas, as well as rest and relaxation.

I can confidently say - that after the practice you will feel a lot of strength and energy!

Don't forget to bring your mat and good mood.

The cost of a single visit is 15$. Practice time 90 minutes.

A monthly subscription for 8 practices is available. The cost is $95.
