Zingerman's Meat and Cheese Tasting with an Optional Wine Pairing

We are bringing a taste of Ann Arbor to Dallas. Teaming up with Zingerman's, an Ann Arbor staple, we're excited to offer a special (new) menu that will include various meats (or vegetarian option), cheeses, and small bites. Items will be packaged and shipped directly from Ann Arbor to enjoy together with fellow Wolverines at Clink Wine Bar in Flower Mound.

We will be guided through the history and details of each cheese/meat from an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional at Zingerman's via zoom. There will be plenty of time for a Q&A. You will have the option to buy a box for 1 or a box for 2 people, but keep in mind the portions are generous!

Plus you will have the option to add on a specialty curated wine pairing specific for what we are ordering. The wine pair will be an additional $25 and include 4-5 wine pairings.

The event will start at 6pm, with the official tastings starting promptly at 6:30pm.
