Praise and Step
Damascus Holy Life Baptist Church and the S.B. Harrison Training Center presents Praise and Step Gospel Step Aerobics.

All skill levels and ages are welcomed. Chairs and modifications are available. So join us for a good workout and a good time while lifting up praise to God.
